We're looking for a experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our high-performing team and grow with our business

Join our Warehousing team in Bunbury and play a key role in managing goods inwards, dispatch, transport, inventory control, and warehouse performance.

About the Role:

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire our warehouse team to achieve operational excellence and uphold our safety standards.
  • Inventory control: Oversee goods and inventory management by managing stock and keeping track of everything we have to ensure accurate stock control.
  • Problem solving: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Day-to-day operations: You'll coordinate inwards goods, dispatch and transport, and the overall efficiency of the warehouse.
  • Product knowledge: Utilise your knowledge of the products and markets Heatleys serves to contribute to our success.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with all levels of the business to promote a positive warehouse culture and ensure seamless operations.

About You:

  • 3+ years leadership experience in a warehousing setting.
  • A commitment to health & safety and creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and motivate team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • A valid driver's license, and a forklift ticket would be advantageous.
