About The Role
As a part of our valued team, you'll be responsible for supervising teams undertaking ecological restoration activities in a variety of ecosystems.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced bush regeneration supervisor. The ideal candidate will have: strong leadership skills, attention to detail, the ability to schedule work, high level of communication and interpersonal skills.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Supervise, motivate, guide, support and direct the activities, work practices and techniques of an environment field team undertaking environmental restoration and light construction activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Undertake site and risk assessments for all sites on which work is to take place.
- In conjunction with Project Officer / Regional Coordinators, schedule and prioritise work activities and ensure adequate resources and equipment are available for the efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Record, prepare and submit work records and reports as required for funding bodies, Envite Managers and others.
- Assist with the preparation of quotations, budgets, development of work places and assessment of resources, equipment and materials required for NRM projects.
- Liaise and develop linkages with land managers, project partners, care groups, community groups, the public and others to promote Envite activities and services.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years bush regeneration experience
- Drivers Licence
- Experience leading teams whilst undertaking ecological restoration.
- White Card (Construction)
- Physically fit, motivated and capable of working in challenging outdoor environments
- Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
- Understanding and ability to follow WHS policies and procedures
Desirable Criteria
- ACDC Licence
- Senior First Aid
- Chainsaw Certificate Level 1 & 2
- 4x4 experience/qualifications
