About the Position

As a vital part of our clinical team, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and preparing them for their appointments in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Assisting chairside during procedures – managing suction, passing instruments, and supporting the dentist throughout treatment.
  • Setting up treatment rooms, sterilising equipment, and ensuring everything meets the highest hygiene standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment with strict adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Providing occasional front desk support, including appointment bookings, handling payments, and updating patient records.
  • Keeping track of supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining sterilisation logs.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to make a difference in patients' lives. Ideally, you will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental assisting role (preferred, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional presentation.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Experience in implant assisting and cosmetic dentistry is desirable, however full training will be provided.
