, one of the Australia's most accomplished VFX studios, is on the hunt for an exceptional Lighting/Houndini Generalist Artist to join our Brisbane office on a fixed term contract basis.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Lookdev/Lighting in high-end VFX or animation studio.
  • Be familiar with lighting and rendering using Arnold and Houdini
  • Skills in Maya and Nuke.
  • Strong artistic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, colour, and realism.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Be able to work here in Brisbane; remote positions will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
  • We're looking for team-playing, autonomous, free-thinking, problem-solving artists who can own and take shots to final.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and refining photorealistic looks for environments, characters, creatures and assets.
  • Creating high-quality lighting setups and renders, primarily in Houdini.
  • Collaborating closely with the CG and compositing teams to achieve stunning final results.
