This is a fulltime role located in our cool and vibey Brisbane studio close to the James Street Precinct in Fortitude Valley.

Alt.vfx is an Australian visual effects company with a global focus across film, television and commercials with studios in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Los Angeles and Tokyo. We partner with a variety of clients across a diverse slate including Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, NBCUniversal, Sony, Amazon and many more

**About the Role**

This is a uniquely blended role. As an Alt Houdini Generalist you will be combining your more traditional Houdini skills with lighting, rendering and emerging technology

**What makes you standout**
- You’re a people person and a valued team player
- 2+ years’ experience would be great but it’s more about your potential
- Experience in CG graphics
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Computer animation or another relevant area of study
- You’re excited to continue your learning journey and open to feedback
- Bonus points..Redshift, V-Ray, RenderMan, Arnold renderer experience
- Real-Time rendering a plus
- Know your way around Nuke - you’ve got our attention
