THE COMPANY:

Lusso Kitchen and Catering Pty Ltd is running a busy restaurant at Cammeray, Longueville, Dural, Neutral Bay Club and Northbridge Golf Club. From woodfire Italian pizzas and pastas to Spanish tapas, or classic pub style dishes, Lusso offers delicacies for all. High quality food is always our standard whether we serve 10 guests or a 100.

The Position: Cook

Our busy restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Cook who is passionate about culinary arts. 

Responsibilities :

· Seasoning, preparing and cooking all dishes and breads.

  1. Portioning and presenting food items as per standard procedures and garnishes.
  2. Maintaining food safety and hygiene at all times.
  3. Receiving, storing and rotating all stock as per procedures and HACCP standards and taking a systematic prevention approach to food safety by identifying potential hazards.
  4. Maintaining Workplace Health and Safety at all times.
  5. Preparing a workflow and ensuring that the work is carried out hygienically and methodically.
  6. Checking the food quality prior to and after cooking.

    What we offer:

    · Annual Base Salary: AUD$75000-$ hr/week)

    · Plus Super, Allowance, Bonus.

    · Secure and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

· Cert.III or Above

· Minimum 01 year of work experience as a Cook

The Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
