We now have an upcoming and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and customer focused Shop Manager for the Resene Trade Centre located at Molendinar, Gold Coast Qld

Reporting to the QLD State Sales Manager, you will be required to both maintain and contribute to Resene's high standard of commitment to customer service excellence and delivery, via Resene, Carboline and Altex trade accounts and distributors.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • A record of, and commitment to excellence in trade and retail customer service
  • Managing staff
  • Organising staff rosters
  • Stock ordering and management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong trade account relationships

Previous experience within the Store environment in the Decorative/Industrial Paint or associated industries would be favourably viewed, however, Resene is prepared to train the right candidate on product knowledge and expertise.

A background or qualifications in Trade sales would be desirable, as the Store will have interaction with Painting Contractors, Builders, Architects & Interior Designers concerned with finding colour and product solutions.
