About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will manage the physical store and teams, creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand's dedication to customer service. You will drive sales, manage visual merchandising, and foster a customer-first culture while mentoring and developing your team. This role offers significant career growth, particularly as the store network expands.

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Create visually appealing, product-focused displays to drive sales.
  • Manage store operations, including sales optimisation and expense control.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience both online and in-store.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of retail management experience.
  • Strong background in visual merchandising, particularly in home living products.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and developing retail teams.
  • Excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and commitment to sustainability.
