Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Organisation and Methods Analyst to support TC Security's continued growth in the non-bank mortgage lending sector. This role will focus on evaluating our current operational systems, loan management processes, and organisational structures to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience, strengthen compliance, and optimise the use of company resources. By providing data-driven insights, recommending process improvements, and mentoring teams, the Organisation and Methods Analyst will play a vital role in driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse organisational systems, processes, and structures to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer and broker experience, streamline workflows, and optimise use of resources.
  • Provide recommendations on process redesign, system upgrades, and compliance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes and support change management initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and proposals to advise senior management and stakeholders on operational improvements.
  • Mentor and support staff in developing capabilities to drive continuous improvement and organisational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, organisational development, or continuous improvement within the financial services or mortgage lending sector.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational systems, operational structures, and process optimisation methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or change management).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring capabilities to support organisational change and capability building.
