The Coastal Cleaning Co is a luxury cleaning company proudly servicing Northern New South Wales and Southeast Queensland. We specialise in high-end homes and spaces, delivering top-tier cleaning services with a personal touch.

We're currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly cleaners and housekeepers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating beautifully clean spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
You'll be cleaning a variety of spaces including residential homes, commercial properties, Airbnbs, and performing bond and build cleans. We offer both regular and one-off cleans across a 7-day schedule. You'll have the freedom to choose your own hours, days & preferred types of cleans.

Prior experience is preferred, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong attention to detail
  • A friendly, positive attitude and pride in your work
  • Ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols
  • Proactive and able to work independently when needed
  • Good understanding of cleaning products and tools—or willingness to learn
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A background in cleaning (personal or professional)

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Police check or right to work in Australia (or willingness to obtain)
  • ABN, vacuum, mop & cleaning supplies (or be willing to organise before starting)
  • Driver's licence and reliable car
