We're on the lookout for skilled Cocktail Bartenders who can shake, stir, and pour with confidence If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy venue and love crafting top-notch drinks, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements:

• Australian working rights
• NSW RSA
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years working behind the bar
• Ability to keep cool under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent grooming standards

Preferred Requirements:

• Formal hospitality studies completed
• Speak Italian? Bonus

Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with drinks recommendations
• Keeping the bar clean & tidy
• Re-stocking lines as required

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 – $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week

• Will you have any issues with commute to and from work as the bar is located in Manly, opens at 10 AM till late night? Please be advised that bar has rotating roster starting from 9 AM with finishes till late 7 days.

• Bar has coffee machine and caters to guests with coffee orders as well. Are you able to make coffees? How would you rate your coffee skills from 1-10?

• If you are hired, How do you want to see yourself progress in our bar program?
