About The Role
As a Senior Business Case Officer, you'll join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering social and affordable housing for Victorians. You'll lead feasibility analysis, develop business cases, budget bids and provide assurance that projects meet government requirements. You'll analyse program and project data, resolve issues, and work with stakeholders to achieve policy and strategic objectives. This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2028 reporting to the Principal Program Manager in the Pipeline, Delivery Cases and Planning team.

Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers on the full lifecycle of projects.
- Perform data analysis and investigations that inform decision making.
- Identify emerging issues, risk and trends, provide business intelligence and make sound recommendations.
- Provide leadership, guidance and advice to a range of stakeholders, prepare and present complex reports, briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge and skills to develop project and program business cases.
- Experience and/or qualifications in construction projects, financial and investment feasibility or government investment.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and ability to apply them effectively.
