We are seeking talented individuals to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre. This role can be based in
Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Mackay, Townsville or Cairns
in a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation).
Recovre is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
We will count on you to:
- Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
- Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
- Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
- Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home (if you choose).
What you need to have:
- Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks we offer)
