Role Description
The headspace Youth Worker is responsible for coordinating and facilitating a range of youth friendly activities for people aged between 12 and 25, operating from the headspace "Youth Hub".
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in youth work involving 1:1 case planning/management and casework
- Proven ability to engage and work with young Aboriginal people
- Experience in and knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, harm minimisation strategies and developing and facilitating programs for young people
Current Drivers Licence.
Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
