About the role

As Executive Manager, People & Change, you'll lead key projects that improve how ECA works and supports its people. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this role sits at the heart of organisational change—helping to strengthen systems, embed culture, and deliver people-focused initiatives across the business.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—with real impact on ECA's effectiveness and staff experience.

Priorities for FY2025-26

In the next 12 months, the role will focus on:

  • Project managing an organisation wide technology uplift that will establish an effective platform to support a step-change in the way we manage portfolio and projects as well as stakeholder relations;
  • Embedding an organisational change in structure, focus and functions to deliver an our ambitious 3-Year Plan;
  • Developing a set of people programs across performance, learning, reward, wellbeing and development.
