Warehouse Storeperson

Offroad Trucks Australia are a highly respected and thriving privately owned business importing and distributing heavy vehicles across Australasia to the mining, drilling and emergency services sectors.

Over the past 25 years, we have exclusively partnered with award-winning manufacturer Tatra, the oldest automotive manufacturer in Central Europe, whose heavy-duty off-road trucks are sought after the world over for their renowned durability and reliability (check out the video below, they're awesome).

With our head office and workshop in Perth, we have an additional 100 authorised mobile service outlets throughout Australia, and we continue to grow as the demand for our customised Tatra Trucks and bespoke services increases. As such, we are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our close-knit team on a casual basis working up to approx hours per week, with flexibility provided regarding days and hours of work.

As our Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth delivery of spare parts and materials to our customers. If you thrive in a hands-on role, this is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges and play a key part in our operations.

The Position

Reporting to our highly supportive Spare Parts Manager, your major responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders for spare parts with accuracy and care.

• Unloading sea containers and organising stock efficiently in the warehouse.

• Booking freight and coordinating with couriers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

• Performing general warehouse tasks, including organising and managing inventory.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

• Operating a forklift to move and manage stock within the warehouse.

• Using a company vehicle to assist with local deliveries and errands as needed.

• Assisting with stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Other warehouse related duties as required from time to time.

What we need

Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• A positive attitude and the ability to multitask and manage various duties throughout the day.

• Flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A strong team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

• Basic computer skills to support warehouse operations.

• Forklift license (preferred but not essential).

• Experience with manual lifting and handling of goods.

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).

• Solid understanding of work health and safety practices within a warehouse environment.

• A proactive approach to learning, personal growth, and professional development within the business.

• A commitment to delivering quality work and contributing positively to the team.
