With more home loans being settled by brokers than ever, and our market share continuing to grow, we're looking to expand our family and help people build successful mortgage broking businesses with Loan Lounge.

Role Description

There are two opportunities available:

  1. Experienced Mortgage Broker as a Loan Lounge Licensee OR
  2. Associate Mortgage Broker w/ 24 months mentorship (new to industry)

This is an opportunity to build your own business with flexibility to work when you want, where you want. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for tasks such as debt consolidation, mortgage marketing, brokerage, and financial transactions related to loans. The role involves assisting clients with loan applications, negotiating loan terms, and providing financial advice.

Note:
this is a self-employed, commission-based role, where you will have the opportunity to build your own thriving business.

To achieve success as a broker, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don't have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it
  • A background in sales or customer service. While previous experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, training & mentorship will be provided
  • Drive and determination to build a thriving business
  • A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency / working visa
  • Cover your operating costs - systems and software.
