What you'll be doing

• Maintain, develop and grow an existing client portfolio with recurring business and referrals from happy clients being the end goal
• Manage both the residential, commercial or private lending application process from enquiry through to settlement
• Maintaining organisation through different online CRM platforms to monitor client interactions, inquiries, and application progress
• Presenting lending strategies and other tailored advice to clients
• Nurture and grow a network of both internal and external contacts to develop relationships and further cement your referral base
• Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation, working through any compliance issues

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

• Have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
• Have a minimum of 2-years' experience in a similar Broker role - inexperienced brokers welcome
• Prior Business Banking experience is beneficial
• Are passionate about property, people and finance
• Embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
