The Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Baringa Private Hospital. This role will work across the Group Therapy Programs, delivered to both inpatients and day patients, and individual therapy. Therapy aims to provide support, skills and education in the treatment and management of a range of mental health illnesses. This role also involves the planning and facilitation of group services for patients.

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Skills And Experience

• Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
• Facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
• Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of
$ $67.05
+ superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties or allowances.
