We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Full-time, Part-time, and casual Café Staff to work in our newly renovated F&B precinct, providing excellent customer service to patrons.

Over the next 18 months, the club will undergo a $12.5 million food and beverage upgrade. Stage one was completed and opened in December 2024 including a new commercial kitchen and premium pizza kitchen. Stage two which is now underway includes a charming Italian café and bar, new sports and TAB viewing area and dining space to suit all parties.

The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and responsibilities in this role which include, but are not limited to:

  1. To provide excellent service to every customer.

  2. To work as a valued team member and to assist other Team Members as required including but not limited to the maintenance of a safe, comfortable and clean food and beverage environment.

  3. To help with cleaning of tables and to maintain consistently high standards of professional conduct and work performance across all aspects of the job.

  4. To adhere to Club Marconi policies and procedures.

Must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience within hospitality as a Café Staff, preferably within Hotels or Clubs
  • Current RSA & RCG competency card
  • Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
  • An excellent customer service ethic and attitude, with the desire to ensure every patron is afforded first class service
  • The ability to work in a busy environment and manage challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Practical knowledge of Food Safety Standards and WHS practices
  • Barista Certified
  • Food handlers Certificate – Or willing to obtain
