We are a cafe located in the park looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team. If you are a people person and experienced in working in hospitality, this job is well suited for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- MUST be able to work weekends
- Job will entail approximately 12 to 24 hours per week
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carss Park, NSW 2221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
