The Role

As a Lead Generator, you'll be the engine room of our sales team - creating opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors (literally). This is a high-energy, people-focused role where the effort you put in directly shapes your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads via phone calls and door knocking
  • Build rapport and start meaningful conversations with homeowners
  • Book appointments and create opportunities for the sales team
  • Be the friendly face (and voice) that opens the first door in the sales journey
