With over 160 individually owned homes – from cosy one-bedroom apartments to luxurious multi-level properties – you'll play a key role in keeping our beautiful holiday homes looking their best. Where you'll make an impact
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes portfolio
  • Ensure all buildings, fixtures, and fittings are well-maintained and in safe working order
  • Perform a variety of tasks such as gutter cleaning, TV and appliance troubleshooting, door and furniture repairs, sanding, painting, and light gardening
  • Deliver timely, high-quality work to support guest satisfaction and property presentation standards
To be successful, you'll need:
  • Hold a valid manual driver's licence and White Construction Card (essential)
  • Possess previous maintenance experience or trade qualification (essential)
  • Partial trade qualifications are highly regarded
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Well presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
