About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator (16T) to join a civil construction crew based in Denman. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven civil site experience looking for ongoing work with a strong team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating a 16T roller on various civil projects
  • Assisting with general labouring as required
  • Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
  • Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment
  • Adhering to all site safety procedures and company policies

What You'll Need

  • HR Licence (Essential)
  • Roller Ticket / VOC
  • Previous civil construction experience
  • White Card
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
