About the role

Fitstop Jindalee is on the lookout for a standout Personal Trainer (Group Fitness) to join our dynamic team. This is more than a coaching role. It's about leading from the front, lifting the energy in the room, and helping our community move with purpose. What you'll be doing

  • Coaching high-energy group sessions that blend strength, performance and conditioning

  • Connecting with our members and helping them push past limits with confidence

  • Maintaining a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members

  • Bringing creativity to the floor. We follow the Fitstop Method, but it's your vibe that brings it to life

  • Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your coaching skills

What we're looking for

  • Relevant fitness qualification, such as a Certificate III or IV in Fitness

  • Experience in leading group fitness classes, preferably in a variety of modalities

  • First Aid CPR (current)

  • A clear communicator with great energy and leadership presence

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive studio culture

  • Previous experience in group fitness coaching is ideal, but if you've got the right energy, we'll train you up

$35 to $45 per hour plus bonuses based on experience
