About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our busy real estate office. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone interested in building a career in administration and/or real estate. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of office and property-related tasks while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Help schedule property inspections, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare marketing materials and assist with online property listings
  • Support property management/ sales teams with basic admin tasks
  • Manage office supplies and keep common areas organised
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in real estate systems and databases

About You

  • Keen to learn and start a career in administration, with an interest in real estate
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail + time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • No previous real estate or office experience required — training provided
