Our Melbourne Infrastructure team has a unique opportunity for a Director to lead our Project Controls services. This is a unique opportunity to inspire a diverse team of planners, project control specialists and cost controllers, across a wide variety of different infrastructure projects.

We're seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as
Director of Project Controls
. You'll bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Project Controls services across major infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, renewables, and ideally water.
- Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
- Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 17 years' relevant industry experience, ideally including major water sector projects.
- Full working rights in Australia and currently residing locally.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, and roads.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing future talent.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of growth opportunities in the local market.
- Skilled in producing resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, and parametric cost models.
