Salary: $45 – $55 per hour vehicle phone bonuses (based on experience)

Due to growth in aftersales and support demands, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing and fault-finding on split systems, ducted systems, and VRV/VRF systems

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential refrigeration and air conditioning systems

  • Completing commissioning of newly installed systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.)

  • Handling warranty work in collaboration with our admin and technical support team

  • Delivering a clean, professional service experience in occupied homes

  • Accurately documenting service reports and communicating findings to the internal team

  • Occasionally supporting the site team with handover and customer education

Requirements

Fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
Current ARCtick License & White Card
Valid Australian Driver's License
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential HVAC servicing
Strong understanding of Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric systems
Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
