Global Medics is exclusively partnering with one of Australia's largest healthcare providers to recruit for multiple Consultant/Staff Specialist roles in General Medicine, based in the southern New South Wales.

The hospital is a 119-bed facility which offers resident and visiting general medicine specialists who manage acute and chronic medical conditions, diagnostic assessments, inpatient care and monitoring and coordination with allied health and specialist services. It is undergoing a $250 million redevelopment, with a new Clinical Services Building opened in mid-2025. This modern facility houses all major departments, including General Medicine, under one roof to support contemporary models of care.

The district is surrounded by natural beauty, including green national parks and refreshing rivers full of wildlife, perfect for hiking, fishing, birdwatching, kayaking, and other nature activities. Residents enjoy great food, a relaxed pace of life, complemented by a strong sense of community and a diverse cultural scene. The Role Offers Eligible Candidates

We'll support you through interview preparation, registration with AHPRA, and visa processes.

Requirements

  • Fellowship of the relevant Royal Australian Medical College or equivalent
  • Specialist AHPRA registration or eligible to attain (Substantially Comparable)
