Pain Medicine Specialist

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and registered Pain Medicine Specialists to provide consultation services to patients in person and/or via video health at Southern Cross Cannabis Clinic.
**About Us**
Southern Cross Cannabis Clinic is a specialist clinic that provides eligible patients across Australia access to medicinal cannabis treatment. We have physical locations at two General Practice facilities located in Dapto NSW and Enoggera QLD. Our patients come from all walks of life, with varied health issues that cause chronic pain and mental health conditions. While our treatment services are available to all patients, our experience and former service in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) has meant that veteran patients comprise a significant proportion of our overall patient load. Because many of these patients are seeking medicinal cannabis treatment for injuries suffered during their own service in the ADF, there is a requirement for pain specialist endorsement as part of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claims process.
The growth in our patient base and the nature of presentations has necessitated a requirement at Southern Cross Cannabis Clinic to incorporate other pain management experts into the suite of services we offer, including a Pain Medicine Specialist.
**About You**
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from likeminded Pain Medicine Specialists to provide consultations to our patients either onsite at our Dapto clinic and/or via video health. While consultations with our patients will be on an agreed basis, we are flexible and willing to offer appointments at the clinic any time during our regular business hours, as well as afterhours via video health.
