SASA Group is seeking a skilled and hands-on Projects and Installs Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of electronic security, data and automation systems across residential, commercial and industrial environments. You will manage minor installation works independently while also supporting larger project deployments alongside the broader team. This is a dynamic role suited to a motivated technician who enjoys problem-solving, delivering quality workmanship and taking pride in customer satisfaction.

• Perform installation and commissioning of security systems including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms & Dry Fire Works
• Install and terminate structured cabling and data systems
• Assist with the delivery of project-based installation works
• Interpret plans, schematics and technical documentation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and WHS regulations
• Provide exceptional service and communication to clients and site partners
• Complete job documentation, reporting and handover requirements
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle to a high standard
• Mentor junior and trainee technicians
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project outcomes
• Report on progress and complete service and maintenance documentation
• Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades on-site

• Trade qualification in Security, Communications, Electrical or similar
• Current Security License (or ability to obtain)
• White Card (Construction Industry Card)
• Experience in installing and servicing security or data systems
• Knowledge of cabling and fault-finding technique
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's license
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Australian working rights
• National Police Clearance
• EWP License
