Pathfindr exists to make AI useful - not just interesting. We help teams be more productive, creative, and innovative by actually putting AI to work in ways that stick.

Now we're looking for an
AI Explorer
to work directly with our CEO.

This isn't a research-only role. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and highly practical. You'll spend your days testing new tools, building short demos, capturing examples of great AI in action, and packaging insights so clients, partners (including OpenAI), and our own team can immediately use them.

Think of it as being the CEO's right hand for AI discovery, storytelling, and execution.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • You don't just follow AI trends - you've been hands-on, experimenting for fun or building your own ventures. Curiosity isn't enough; you're already creating with it. (think chatbots, automation, image/video tools, agents, etc.)
  • Can quickly turn experiments into clear examples, videos, or write-ups that make sense to others.
  • Spot new launches and use cases before everyone else - and actually try them, not just read about them.
  • Are a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you just get on with it.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (written, video, in person).

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Explore and stress-test the latest AI tools.
  • Build bite-sized demos and content for client projects, events, and partners.
  • Capture and package standout use cases to share with teams like OpenAI.
  • Work directly with the CEO on projects, client work, and ideas we want to test quickly.
  • Be the "eyes and hands" that keep Pathfindr at the frontier of applied AI.
  • This role suits someone early in their career - but already obsessed with AI and confident enough to produce, not just plan.
