In the role of
Senior Business Banking Manager
, you will join
the Regional & Agribusiness team
that's doubling down on
customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key business and referral partners, focusing on both retention and acquisition
  • Lead competitive sales campaigns and promote tailored banking products and services
  • Assess and manage credit risk, ensuring profitability and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Prepare and submit business lending proposals, including industry and business analysis
  • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to achieve professional excellence and compliance

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Significant experience in business banking and/or credit assessment, with a focus on sales, lending, and risk management
  • Business-related degree and/or postgraduate professional qualification (e.g., CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB)
  • Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial practices and BFS products/services
  • Proven ability to develop networks, identify new business opportunities, and drive income targets
  • Strong track record in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve compliance and performance goals
