Factory Foreman

Located in Silverwater, NSW, we are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman (1-2 years experience preferred) to lead our production team and ensure smooth daily operations on the factory floor, and to join our team and contribute to the ongoing growth of our long-standing family business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff
• Maintain production schedules and ensure targets are met
• Enforce safety procedures and quality control standards
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
• Train and support team members to achieve production excellence
• Maintain accurate production and attendance records
• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure compliance with project documentation.
• Assist in co-ordination with delivery drivers / project mangers / site team members
• Assist with stock control (monitor inventory levels and stock management)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Factory Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick, effective decisions
• Forklift License required (or if you have experience, this can be discussed during interview stage)
