**JOB SUMMARY**:Structural Steel Fabrication and Installation Company, looking for a motivated and skilled Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to join our productive Team.

**COMPANY PROFILE**:Australian Structural Steel specialises in mild steel fabrication and installation works across the Sydney Metro and surrounding areas. Established in 1995, the Head Office and Workshop location is situated in the Silverwater industrial area. **ROLE DESCRIPTION AND INSIGHT**: This fulltime/permanent role is based at our workshop location, main duties include Company fabrication operations and supporting workshop personnel. The title of Workshop Foreman/Supervisor will suit an experienced Factory/Fabrication Manager with a comfortable knowledge of mild steelwork manufacturing.

You will be supported and mentored throughout your initial engagement, ensuring you have access to a range of computer software, as well as experienced and professional personnel across all sectors of the Company. During the course of your transition into the role, you will be introduced to Company practices and operations. This ensures you are provided with the skills and knowledge to maintain the high level of quality control and safety compliance requirements to be upheld by the Company.
