The Company

COLAS Australia, a leader in the Road Construction and Maintenance Industry, was formed in 2008 with the acquisition of SAMI Bitumen Technologies. COLAS Australia has continued to expand its operations throughout Australia with the acquisition of a number of local companies and is now supported by over 500 employees across 15 work sites in 5 states.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our team based out of Tomago.

To be successful in this role, the applicant will:

  • Previous experience operating a shuttle buggy or bobcat highly regarded
  • Truck licence highly regarded, not essential
  • Have a commitment to workplace, health and safety
  • Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
  • Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home when required
  • Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work night and weekend shifts as and when required
  • Have a valid White Card
