About the role

Shoreside Tiling Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Wall and Floor Tilers and apprentices to join our growing team. Based in Warners Bay, New South Wales. As a full-time Wall and Floor Tiler, you will be responsible for the installation and finishing of high-quality tiling work in residential and commercial projects.

Must have car and licence Must have a white card or willing to obtain asap

We have a lot of worked booked in for , you must be willing to put in the hours and physical labour.

  • Committed to complete the 4 year apprenticeship Certificate III wall and floor tiling)
  • Full time positions + overtime our crews are currently doing 60+ hours weekly)
  • An excellent level of physical fitness and strength is definitely required for this position.
  • Own vehicle and valid provisional or full driver's licence
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, on job sites and training days
  • Be motivated to turn up every day

TILERS-

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately measure, cut, and install tiles on walls and floors
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, screeding and applying adhesives
  • Grout and seal tiles to ensure a professional finish
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
  • Maintain a safe and organised work environment
  • Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure project timelines are met
  • Mentoring our skilled apprentices

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler, possibly 3rd or 4th year apprentices as well.
  • Excellent knowledge of tiling materials, techniques, and industry standard
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Completing projects efficiently and meeting deadlines

What we offer

At Shoreside Tiling, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Subcontractors or wages.

Tilers- Wages start from $45per hour, option for company car or tool trailer. We pay for expertise and experience -Wages are negotiable and will be discussed with successful candidates.

Over time is always available, our current crews are working 40-70hours weekly

Paid weekly

Bonus $1500 tool voucher for successful and hardworking team members.
