About you:
You're honest, empathetic and value a safe workplace
A passion to want to lead and lead by example
Excellent communicator and have a continuous improvement mindset
Experience leading a small team, desirable but not essential
Enjoy hands on physical work, you do require a level of fitness to do this role
You have experience with power tools
Basic computer literacy skills
2-3 years in manufacturing and assembly, timber experience a bonus
Forklift license desirable
