Functions will also include:

  • Build automated video/audio processing solutions that transform content production workflows
  • Develop "create once, distribute everywhere" capabilities - turning single content pieces into multiple platform-optimised formats
  • Create AI systems for content performance prediction and audience engagement optimisation
  • Establish production-ready AI infrastructure and data pipelines from prototype to live systems
  • Partner across business units to identify and solve high-impact operational challenges with AI
  • Drive monetisation opportunities through intelligent advertising optimisation and audience insights

What are we looking for?

Essential experience:

  • 2-3+ years hands-on machine learning and AI implementation
  • Video/audio processing and media technologies experience
  • Strong Python and cloud platform experience
  • AI workflow orchestration and software engineering best practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Highly valued:

  • Content recommendation systems, computer vision, or NLP background
  • Real-time content adaptation and multi-platform optimisation experience
  • Media or entertainment industry experience
