We have an exciting opening for a Physiotherapist to become part of our expanding regional team. We're looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Residential Care Services team across the following locations:

• NSW: Grafton, Lithgow, Macksville, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga
• QLD: Brisbane & Surrounds, Emerald, Ingham, Mareeba, Maryborough, Nerang, North Brisbane, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast Hinterland Corridor
• VIC: Ballarat, Bendigo, Cohuna, Geelong, Healesville, Mildura, Mornington, Nhill, Officer, Phillip Island, Portland, Romsey, Sale, South Yarra, Swan Hill, Traralgon, Wangaratta, Warragul, Warrnambool
• TAS: Hobart
• WA: Dawesville, Kalgoorlie, Singleton

At United Physio Group (UPG), you'll be joining a network of like-minded professionals who are passionate about improving lives across a range of healthcare settings. While the majority of your caseload will be within Residential Aged Care, you'll also have opportunities to work in community services, as well as at our flagship studio offering Pilates, Yoga, private physiotherapy, and sports physiotherapy services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
• Communicating with residents, their families, nursing and medical teams, allied health professionals, case managers, and equipment providers
• Prescribing and monitoring exercise programs, including running group sessions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused care
• Managing your clinical schedule effectively, balancing both client and administrative needs
• Participating in regular professional development, mentoring, and team training sessions
• Delivering education sessions such as Falls Prevention and Manual Handling workshops
• Opportunities to contribute to community services within your region

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification
• Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited preferred)
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and risk assessment skills
• Appropriate working rights in Australia
• National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and/or Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
