If you love to to keep an organised office and have worked in admin in a healthcare setting before - we would love to hear from you We are looking for someone to join our reception team.

This role currently is 8-12 hours per week, which will include 2 or more 8pm finish times and some Saturday mornings. There is room for growth and more hours in this position, so please contact us today

Qualifications & experience

  • Computer knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Preferred but not essential, experience with appointment booking software

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Booking in patient appointments correctly & efficiently via the phone, email or in person.
  • Notifies physiotherapists of patient arrival.
  • Maintains telephone & email system.
  • Keeps a safe and efficient practice by complying with systems & procedures.
  • Assists the physios with medical certificates and other administrative tasks.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Laundry, sanitising treatment beds & organisation of the practice.
