**About the Role**

Our receptionist staff are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. Joining our team as a Receptionist at Ramsay Psychology, you will provide support and assistance to patients and families through:

- Managing enquiries
- Scheduling bookings and processing payments for appointments
- Maintain diary management for our team of Psychologists
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable

This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.** **This role may require you to cover at Ramsay Psychology Erina on occasion.

- Experience in a receptionist’s role
- Experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.
