Position Overview

The Cloud Transition Consultant drives adoption of Gentu (cloud-based solution) among existing

Genie desktop users. Working closely with the Cloud Transition Manager and GM of Sales, this role

identifies opportunities, nurtures leads, and showcases the value of transitioning to Gentu.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve Gentu sales and points targets from existing Genie users


• Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to close


• Identify and generate interest in Gentu among Genie practices


• Deliver product demonstrations highlighting Gentu's benefits


• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline


• Clearly communicate Gentu's value proposition based on customer needs


• Build and retain strong relationships with customers and certified partners


• Develop expertise in Gentu, cloud workflows, and practice operations


• Continuously improve sales skills, objection handling, and methodologies


• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales journey


• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to progress leads


• Apply a value-based sales approach tailored to each practice


• Stay current on product and industry knowledge to align solutions with customer pain points

Sub Role Responsibilities


• Collaborate closely with Cloud Transition team members


• Engage with cross-functional teams: PM, Marketing, McOE, Product, Training, and PDG


• Be open to coaching and feedback to improve product and sales performance

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:


• Tertiary qualification in Business


• Sales experience in the medical industry (preferred)


• SaaS/software sales experience (highly regarded)
