About the position:

The Labourer – Herbicide Spraying position performs a broad range of tasks in a construction and/or maintenance team within the Toowoomba Region. This position will carry out vegetation and weed control operations primarily on road reserves.

What we have to offer:

• Permanent full-time position based at the Charlton Depot.
• The base salary for this position is $1,211.85 gross per week, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
• The base horly rate for this position is $31.89.
• In addition to the base wage rate, variable allowances are available.
• This position participates in Rostered Days Off.

About you:

Mandatory Qualification(s), training and/or experience, specific to the position:

• A combination of experience, qualification and competence in a civil construction and maintenance environment which enables the incumbent to perform all duties of the position.
• ACDC Chemical Accreditation (Certificate and Licence).
• WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Current unrestricted 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
