Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in Siemens Automation, Drives and Process Instruments? As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, commissioning, and troubleshooting in Automation, Drives and Process Instruments across various industries, including manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with clients, ensuring seamless system operation, minimal downtime, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform commissioning, maintenance and fault diagnosis of Siemens Control Systems for a diverse customer base, onsite and remotely.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on Siemens control functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop automation solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, estimations and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience, at least 5-10 years in Field Service activities, specifically with Siemens automation and control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and process engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Ship to Shore and Rubber tyre Gantry cranes will be a bonus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and optimize automation systems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, locally, interstate and potentially overseas.
