About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a technician who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations. You'll work across a range of commercial and industrial sites, installing and commissioning advanced security systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, program, and commission security systems including Integriti access control
  • Configure and troubleshoot VMS platforms
  • Perform structured cabling and fibre optic terminations
  • Network setup and diagnostics
  • Maintain clean, professional job sites and clear client communication
  • Work independently while meeting project deadlines

What You Bring

  • QLD Security Licence (Class 1 & 2)
  • Open/structured cabling licence with fibre endorsements
  • Integriti accreditation/licence
  • Strong understanding of VMS platforms and programming
  • Solid networking capabilities
  • Fibre optic knowledge and termination skills
  • High computer literacy and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Your own standard tools of trade (specialist testers provided)
  • Minimum 3+ years' installation experience with a reputation for neat work
  • White Card, manual driver's licence & EWP ticket – mandatory
  • Professional presentation and proactive client communication
