Role Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team. Retail sales experience is a bonus, but not required. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Offer product advice and solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process orders, payments, and refunds
  • Maintain store appearance and stock management
  • Assist with water testing and in-store promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet objectives

Requirements:

  • Team player with effective time management skills
  • Strong customer service passion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Availability for weekends and public holidays

Positions Available: Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time

Note: Applicants must reside in Australia and hold a valid working visa. Priority will be given to those who apply in person at the shop.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.55 – $35.35 per hour

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (Preferred)
