About the Role:
As our Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will become a brand ambassador, a strategic thinker, and a trusted advisor. You will be vital in coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts, analyzing market trends, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of our extensive range of natural stones, from their technical specifications to their aesthetic possibilities.
- Marketing Execution: Contribute directly to the development, execution, and tracking of marketing strategies and campaigns. This includes hands-on involvement in digital marketing activities (e.g., email campaigns, social media management, content creation), website management, and participation in industry events and trade shows.
- Content & Collateral Development: Develop engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Client Partnerships: Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager to cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and distributors across the globe. Become a trusted partner by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion & Drive: A genuine passion for natural stone and a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic, global sales and marketing environment.
- Marketing Aptitude: A keen interest in and understanding of digital marketing principles and related software capabilities. Experience with photo and video editing, Instagram, and website management is highly valued. For graduates, demonstrable aptitude, strong foundational skills, and an eagerness to learn will be considered more important than extensive prior experience.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: To start, a competitive salary between AUD $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + Superannuation + a motivating Quarterly bonus structure – offering significant earning potential.
