About the role
We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and details-oriented individual to join our team as a Administration Assistant (Primary) from 2026. The Administration Assistant (Primary) is one of the first points of contact for students and parents. The position requires the incumbent to interact with students, staff, parents and visitors to the College in a professional, timely and courteous manner. The Administration Assistant (Primary) will work as part of the Administration team in the Primary School, and in conjunction with the Community Relations Team primarily in relation to College events, to serve the best interests of the College and its students. Profile:
Applicants for this position will have:
- Any qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Education Support
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Certificate (NPC)
- Valid Australian work rights to apply for this position
