About the Role

We are a fast-paced, high-volume digital print and bindery business based in Melbourne's south-east, conveniently located near public transport and major freeways. Our team is passionate about quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our production department in a full-time role (Monday to Friday).


About the Position

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude or prior experience operating machines. While print finishing experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a high-speed thermal laminator
  • Use a range of finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, and binders
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
  • Monitor quality and ensure finished products meet specifications
  • Coordinate with prepress and digital print teams to manage workflow
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with high-speed thermal laminators (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow job instructions and specifications accurately
  • Goodtime managementand ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the print industry
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised (early start time preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
